7.  Public Hearing for CUP 06-13 to construct a 92 unit mini storage facility on Lot 81, Tract 2123, APN 206-042-27 on approximately 40,000 sq ft parcel North of Moss Ave and West of Neuralia Rd, in the Southeast quarter of Section 34, T32S, R37E, MDBM, also known as 7831 Moss Ave in California City, California.  The property is zoned M2 Heavy Industrial and a mini storage facility is allowed with a conditional use permit.  Commission to review for approval the CUP, conditions of approval, approve by Resolution 01-07-1984PC.  Owner/Applicant is: Leland Krelle of Tehachapi, California.   Support Material   Site Plan   Electrical Plan
