6.  Public Hearing for CUP 07-01 to construct a mini storage building on Parcel 2 of Parcel Map 10775, APN 210-160-55 on approximately 38,216 sq. ft. parcel, North of South Loop Boulevard and West of Yale Avenue, in the Northwest quarter of Section 30, T32S, R38E, MDB&M in California City, CA. The property is zoned C4 Service Commercial and a mini storage facility is allowed with a conditional use permit. The owner/applicant plans to have a 5-unit steel building on the property that does not require a CUP. Commission to review for approval the CUP, conditions of approval, approve by Resolution 02-07-1985PC. Owner/applicant is: Serge Rosemblat, Great California Developer One, Inc., 6303 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, California.Public Hearing for Tentative Parcel Map (TPM) 11346, to subdivide a 2.50 acre parcel into two approximately 1.25 acre lots.  Located North of Mendinburu Rd and Conklin Blvd, in the Northeast one half of Section 13, T32S, R37E, MDBM, APN 302-260-48 (2.50 acres).  Owners/Applicants are: Terry and Diane Shannon of California City, California.  Support Material
