Policy for construction site trash and toilet facilities - City Manager.

Recommend:  Council approve and adopt "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALIFORNIA CITY ESTABLISHING A POLICY FOR CONSTRUCTION SITE TRASH AND TOLIET FACILITIES".

11.  NEW BUSINESS 1:

Parcel Map Waivers Ordinance - City Manager.

Recommend:

      Discuss and give First Reading by Title Only, With Further Reading Waived of "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALIFORNIA CITY AMENDING THE CALIFORNIA CITY MUNICIPAL CODE AS IT RELATES TO CATEGORIES FOR PARCEL MAP WAIVERS".

12.  NEW BUSINESS 2:   Expenses

Well #16 Change Order - City Manager.

Recommend:

Council consider and approve.

13.  NEW BUSINESS 3:

Waste Water Treatment Plant Gas line extension - City Manager.

Recommend:

Council approve and authorize City Manager to execute all necessary documents.

Fiscal Impact / Environmental Action:  $29,000 funded by Sewer Connection Fees / None.

14.  NEW BUSINESS 4:

Amendment to CalPERS Contract - City Manager.

Recommend:

      Council review and adopt "A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT BETWEEN THE BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION CALIFORNIA PUBLIC EMPLOYEES’ RETIREMENT SYSTEM AND THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF CALIFORNIA CITY", and  discuss and give First Reading by Title Only, With Further Reading Waived of "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALIFORNIA CITY AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT OF THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION OF THE CALIFORNIA PUBLIC EMPLOYEES’ RETIREMENT SYSTEM".

Fiscal Impact / Environmental Action:  Savings from a lower cost retirement contract / None.

This portion of the meeting is reserved for council members to present information, announcements, and items that have come to their attention.  The Brown Act precludes Council, staff or public discussion.  Short staff responses are appropriate.  The Council will take no formal action.  A Council member may request the City Clerk to calendar an item for consideration at a future meeting, or refer an item to staff.
