Any person wishing to speak on an agenda item will be given an opportunity to do so prior to the Council taking action on the item. Please give the City Clerk your speaker card with the items on which you desire to address the Council.

Recommend: Discuss; direct staff as desired.

Final Tract Map 5722 - City Manager

Recommend: Adopt “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALIFORNIA CITY TO APPROVE THE FINAL TRACT MAP 5722, PHASES II-V, AND AUTHORIZE THE SIGNATURE AND FILING AS REQUIRED”

Fiscal Impact/Environmental Action: None / required CEQA. Previously completed.


14. NEW BUSINESS 3: Support Material

Purchase and Sales Agreement with William and Donna Smith - City Manager.

Recommend: Approve agreement and direct the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.

Fiscal Impact/Environmental Action: $36,000. purchase price/None.

The Brown Act precludes Council, staff or public discussion. Short staff responses are appropriate. The Council will take no formal action.
